Mehlville Burger Bar was founded in 2020 by two brothers who shared a passion for great food and community. We wanted to create a place where people could come together to enjoy delicious burgers and fries in a welcoming atmosphere. Since then, we've been serving up mouthwatering meals and building lasting relationships with our customers.

Brothers Joseph and Michael founded Mehlville Burger Bar in early 2018. They grew up in the South County area and had dreamed about opening a business together since they were kids. Both went to culinary school and worked in the restaurant industry for several years before finally taking the plunge and opening their own place. They wanted to create a restaurant that focused on quality ingredients and a welcoming atmosphere, and thus Mehlville Burger Bar was born.
Our staff is made up of a team of dedicated and passionate individuals who are committed to providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for all our guests. Joseph is the head chef and co-owner of Mehlville Burger Bar. He has a passion for creating delicious and innovative dishes, and he is always experimenting with new flavors and techniques in the kitchen. With over 10 years of experience in the culinary industry, Joseph brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our restaurant.
Michael is the co-owner and general manager of Mehlville Burger Bar. He is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and ensuring that our customers have a great experience. With a background in hospitality management, Michael brings a focus on excellent service and a commitment to creating a welcoming environment for all our guests.
Amanda is our head hostess and has been with us since we opened. She is responsible for greeting and seating our guests, as well as managing reservations and ensuring that our dining room runs smoothly. Amanda's friendly demeanor and attention to detail make her an invaluable member of our team.
